Shipping and Returns

All plant shipments are sent via Australia Post Express.

Dispatch days:

  • Eastern States: Orders are dispatched Mondays and Tuesdays along with a Plant Health Assurance Certificate (PHAC) as required. Australian Interstate Quarantine 
  • Western Australia (WA): Orders are dispatched Mondays and Tuesdays.
    For Perth Metro, we may dispatch orders until Wednesday.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is handed over to Australia Post, we will email you the tracking number.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping email, please contact us.

Insurance Option:
Australia Post insurance is available upon request.
If you would like to add insurance, please mention it in the "Order Notes" section at checkout.

Important Notes:

We take great care in packing your plants to ensure they arrive safely. However, once the parcel is in transit with Australia Post, we are not liable for any damage that may occur.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. We do not offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

Combining Orders:

You’re welcome to add to an existing order to combine shipping.

If you’ve already paid shipping on a previous order, use the code combinepost at checkout to skip paying shipping again.

We will combine your orders where possible and refund any excess shipping costs if applicable.

 Local Pickup – Merriwa, WA

Local pickup is available in Merriwa, Western Australia.

To arrange pickup:

Use the code pickuponly at checkout.

In the “Order Notes” section of your cart, please include your preferred collection date and time.

Alternatively, you can message us via Facebook or Instagram (@floramagnificaau) to arrange your pickup.

If you’ve already paid for shipping and choose local pickup, we’ll refund your postage fee after your order is confirmed.

Returns & Responsibility

All plants and Holy Shoots! are non-refundable and cannot be returned once they have been dispatched.

Once your plants leave our care, their safekeeping becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

That said, if you're unsure about the growing conditions or how to care for your new plant babies, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you!

Purchased items may be refunded only when they have not been shipped yet and this will incur a 10% processing fee.
