Shipping and Returns

We offer domestic shipping to Western Australia (for plants) and FREE Express postage anywhere in Australia (for Holy Shoots!) using Australia Post. All plant orders will be posted Mondays or Tuesdays only using Express Postage. We will send the tracking numbers (for plant package) once we have handed over the package to AusPost. Buyers have the option to purchase Auspost insurance; please let us know in the comment section of "Your cart" prior to checkout. We guarantee that the products are carefully and safely packed, however, once the item is handed to the courier, we are not liable to any damages caused by Australia Post. Please be aware that the AusPost is still experiencing delays (sometimes) due to Covid19.

You are welcome to add items to an existing order and can combine shipping. We will then refund later your savings from combined shipping if applicable.

Make sure to provide the correct delivery details as we would not do a refund for incorrect delivery details provided to us.

For BIG sized plant purchases ONLY, local pick up is available in Clarkson, Western Australia, Monday - Friday during business hours. Please send us a message to arrange a pick-up time that suits you.

Plants and Holy Shoots! cannot be returned or refunded once sent. When the plants left our care, safekeeping is the responsibility of the buyer. However, feel free to send us a message if you are unsure of the required growing conditions of your new plant babies. We are more than happy to help!

Purchased items may be refunded only when they have not been shipped yet and this will incur a 10% processing fee.
