Refund policy

Plants and Holy Shoots! cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. When the plants left our care, safekeeping is the responsibility of the buyer. However, feel free to send us a message if you are unsure of the required growing conditions of your new plant babies. We are more than happy to help!

Purchased items may be refunded only when they have not been shipped yet and this will incur a 10% processing fee.
