Philodendron joepii Mint Variegated

The variegation is present in some leaves. Based from our experience in growing this, they are quite a slow grower and variegation maybe triggered by environmental condition, specifically coming out during colder months. We have not grown this to fully mature to observe what it would look like. This is a mutation found in tc. Best plant we have found in the batch is in the last photo.

Fully acclimated. Well rooted and established specimen. Planted in a 50x50 grow pot, in sphagnum and perlite mix.
